Background
Originally developed internally by Opper Sports Productions as part of a proof-of-concept project for monetizing paid content, the NOD Platform has evolved significantly over the years to become what is today. In the fall of 2005 brought the introduction of the video iPod and with it the standardization of video podcasting and a broad change as to how we watch internet video. Several months later an early version of the NOD technology made its debut powering the first download service of it's kind.
Over the past five years we have dedicated the resources to bring forward a platform that has leveled the playing field. No longer is the means to monetize premium video content the exclusive domain of a few large players. The underserved niche markets now have access to a simple to use, completely transparent and environmentally friendly internet distribution platform.
